Our free bidding service offers you the chance to have a Mortgage IQ consultant work on your behalf and under your instruction (with regards to upper limit bids etc.) We will liaise with the vendor’s estate agent when required, help advise you during bidding process and closely monitor the progress of your prospective purchase, updating you at a time that suits.
