New Mortgage IQ Branch opens in Enniskillen.

Mortgage IQ, one of Northern Irelands fastest growing independent Mortgage Brokers, has arrived in Enniskillen.

Tanya Corbett and her husband David are the proud proprietors of this newly opened business. Tanya with almost 9 years experience within the financial industry is the companies Mortgage Advisor. Not only does Mortgage IQ offer mortgages and insurance, but also a comprehensive service to help clients purchase properties worldwide both as holiday homes, investments or a combination of both. David is excited to embrace his new role of assisting clients fulfil their dream of buying a foreign property.

Tanya who is originally from Mountdrum, Lisbellaw has recently returned to her home county and firmly believes that providing excellent customer service and impartial advice on mortgages and insurance will be key to making their new venture a success. During Tanya’s career she has worked both with Abbey and within the independent mortgage market. During this time she has built up an excellent reputation within the mortgage industry, allowing her the opportunity to open the first Mortgage IQ in the west of the province. Nothing is too much trouble for Tanya and she rates customer service her highest priority and looks forward to helping local people get the best deals on their mortgage and insurance.

Although David has grown up in Belfast, he is delighted to have the opportunity to live in Fermanagh. Having many childhood memories of Monaghan & Fermanagh were his parents are originally from, it would be true to say he has settled into the Fermanagh lifestyle with ease. Having worked for British Airways for 10 years, he has travelled worldwide, leaving him well equipped to help customers decide where to buy abroad and to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
